I was glad I could order two packs and sent my order in online. They said they sent orders out within a certain amount of days and I haven't heard anything past that time. When I had to call to find out what I was told they were out of the color. I felt they should have notified me some way that they were out of the color and did I want another color or a refund. Otherwise I'm very happy with my lenses
