The initial process of ordering and purchasing my glasses was quick and easy. The glasses shipped and arrived promptly. However since then I’ve called several times over the past few weeks to ask for a detailed receipt for insurance reimbursement and have been on hold for no less than 20-30 minutes each time. No one has ever answered the phone. I’ve called at least 7 or 8 times. I’ve selected the option to receive a call back but the call back was also placed on hold. I am really disappointed.
