Ordering process was easy and the glasses I received were perfect, but it just took them a month to get them to me. I think the frames may have been back ordered, but they never really said that or sent me any notice that they would be delayed. The last pair I ordered from them arrived within a few days so I'm hoping this was a one-time issue.
