The selection and prices are great. However, when I received my frames, they were defective (hinge) and required an exchange. I don't understand why, if I'm returning defective merchandise, I have to pay shipping both ways for the replacement pair. I'm not getting a different pair, I'm exchanging for the exact same frame. It's unconscionable.
