Great selection. Website is great. Shipping updates let me down. Order placed and it was in “processing order” status for a few weeks. I was close to canceling the order. I can understand if the item is on back order, but an estimate like “back in stock MM/DD” would ease the wait. It should also say if a product isn’t in stock before you order.
