I am pleased with my glasses now that I finally received them; however, I can not give EZ Contacts more than two stars because of how long it took EZ Contacts to process and ship my order. The FAQ on EZ Contact's website provides inaccurate processing and shipping times for US orders. When my order had not moved from the processing phase after thirteen business days, I contacted customer support to ask for an update. Customer support responded asking me to allow up to five business days for processing, completely avoiding my concern about my order, which had already been "processing" for thirteen business days. I wrote back again thanking customer support for the response but noting that it wasn't actually responsive to my inquiry.
The customer support rep finally checked in with the lab for an update and stated that it was expected to ship out the next business day. The order did not ship out for another five business days. This rating would be higher if EZ Contacts were upfront with the processing and shipping estimates. Instead, from a customer's perspective, it seems like EZ Contacts is listing short processing times to lure in customers with a promise of quick processing and shipping but with no intent to fulfill that promise. It is misleading and shady. At the end of the day, it wasn't a big deal that I did not receive my order within the expected timeframe, but I wish EZ Contacts would have initially provided me with a more realistic estimate for when I would receive the order.
