Wow! Shockingly horrible customer service experience with EZ Contacts. I purchased an item after consulting with a customer service representative about an item. The customer service agent gave me the incorrect information about an item. I purchased the item with the incorrect information. When I received the item not as described by the agent I contacted customer service. They blamed ME because the customer service agent had not checked with their lens making team to get the correct information. The customer service agent actually told me *I* should have checked with someone else to get the correct information. So we are not supposed to trust your own customer service department? Absolutely outrageous! I had the threaten a chargeback before I got the service I deserved. The only reason I am going them two stars rather than one is that I was able to eventually get a return label. I think I am being very generous.
