I would elect a 2.5 star if that was an option. IN the past - I have used this website twice & the first time it was no issue at all. Everything was perfect. A weeks ago now (it is June 24th) I ordered two pairs of glasses. Initially there was some confusion for some reason however they delivered one pair. I was told the other pair would be delivered within the next 10 days. We are much past that deadline & recently I called customer service & was told there is no guarantee as to wen I will receive my glasses. It could be 2 more weeks or it could be 2 more months. I was a bit dumbfounded considering the mixed messages. What I was hoping the rep was going to do was offer me a either free, or highly discounted pair of glasses due to the mix up however neither have occurred. (at this point) S essentially I am waiting & hoping that some day I will receive the $350 pair of glasses I ordered...
