The issue I have with EZContacts is their delivery time. If I don’t use one day delivery, it takes almost two weeks to arrive. If I do pay the extra $35 for single day delivery… it takes about 3-7 days… not one! If you’re going to charge so much for overnight shipping, you should actually ship them THAT DAY, not 4 days later. I also emailed twice to ask for my shipping fee back since they didn’t ship my items on time… no one ever responded. TERRIBLE customer service
