When I placed an order for a pair of progressives, the frames I chose were supposed to be available in "3-5 days" according to the product page on the website. I ordered on June 21st and received my glasses on July 16. I paid for expedited shipping but because they kept telling me that the frames were backordered and would not be available for another 1-2 weeks, I received my order more than 3 weeks after I ordered it. I did not get a refund for expedited shipping. That said, the frames are great and so are the lenses.
