I shopped around and was able to find the contacts I need from EZContacts for less than the other guys, so of course I ordered. I uploaded my script from my doctor and the process was easy. I waited another 3 weeks before reaching out for an update as I never got a shipping notification. I was told the contacts for my left eye (different script for each eye) was on back order. It took another week, but they finally arrived. In the meantime, because I was out of contacts, I went ahead and ordered contacts from the "other guys" and had them delivered to my door within three days (standard shipping). I would be a return customer if you guys could get your inventory and shipping figured out... at the very least, let the customer know when there is going to be a delay.
