Since my glasses have not been received, it is hard to review. Seems DHL was used for shipping who then uses the USPS. They have been touring the states for the last week and appear to have returned to NJ. They were in Ohio, for some reason and did hit NY on the way back so thought they were ok, but then went to NJ. Maybe you need to evaluate your shipping methods if this is normal.
