Ordered my glasses on 9/3 and received them on 10/16. This was my first order, and my Kate Spade glasses arrived in perfect condition, in their cute case, with the correct prescription. One star removed for delivery time, however, company responded quickly to my email when I inquired about the delay (which may have been out of EZContacts control as they were waiting on my frames).
