We always receive Kaia's contacts in a timely fashion. There is one frustration that Kaia and I believe to be addressed in regards to packaging. There is a circle on both boxes that indicates whether the contacts are for the right or left eye that is blank every time she receives them, and the only way to figure out which is by taking out the invoice with the prescription number and comparing it to the number on one of the contact wrappers, which is extremely small. I would very much appreciate it if the empty circle that indicates whether the box is for the right or left eye be filled in before she receives them to save a huge hassle.
