EZ contacts promised my glasses would ship in 3-5 days, but it took over 10days to ship.
I emailed them multiple times but was consistent told to wait 2-4 more days. I tried the chat but it was offline; I tried the phone and they said send email instead.
I eventually went to my local Costco to get glasses; and the tried to cancel my order. Although my items had not been shipped I was told I can’t cancel the order but I could return the glasses at my own expense and potentially be hit with fees if there were any damages or missing items.
I ended up asking my CC to reverse the charges as my item had. It been shipped and vendor refuse to cancel after waiting 10 business days. When the glasses finally arrived I had to refuse them so USPS would return them without charging me again.
Although they finally did deliver the glasses, and had they told me it was 10-15 days I would have been fine but I didn’t feel confident my glasses would ever ship and I simply needed to buy something local.
