I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. The first came quickly and are perfect. I had an easy time communicating with customer service and found them very helpful. The second pair came after about 6 weeks. This was ok. However, the prescription is wrong and I can’t see out of them. I was on hold 55 minutes after which somehow I got disconnected. I messaged them twice through the return service requesting a response through the phone with no response in a week’s time. I have messaged through their chat and have received no email response as requested after 4 days. I am afraid my return time will run out. I don’t want to return. I want the glasses remade. Can I accomplish this????
