Customer service through chat is great. I experienced a horrible delay on delivery, and the delivery service, dhl, was not a good experience. EZ contacts did agree to overnight (at their expense) my order, and I can return the original order whenever it shows up. Right now USPS, has the original order housed in my city for five days now, unprocessed. The reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I could not reach EZContacts customer service by phone due to high call volume. Would like the option to talk to someone.
