My first experience purchasing from EZContacts was just as I expected it would've been. Our purchase was exactly what we ordered & the sunglasses are legit and not Knock offs. Something I chose to take the companies word on, something I was very uneasy about. Until we had the shades in hand. If I had to fuss about anything at all it would be, the fact I opted to be updated via email & text of my orders status and it location along it's way to me. I received a update as my order was being processed on the 9th of Feb. All the while I was under the impression my order would be delivered by the 14th and my plan to give them as a gift to my husband as one of his valentines gifts. It wasn't until the 13th I decided to go track my order online. Wellpp... To my surprise it was still saying it was being processed. Needless to say it didn't get from New York to South Carolina overnight. What I did receive was an email update that morning stating I'd revive my order on the 17th. No I wasn't thrilled by this but my husband is great and understanding. Once they arrived he is very happy with them. So with all that's going on today a slight delay in the delivery didn't ruin my view on this company and I'll order my sunglasses very soon from EZCONTACTS.
