Everything with EZ it's being so great. Prices and speed delivery are amazing.
All perfect until you need to return an item...........TOTAL nightmare process.
I have been trying to return one of my glasses for the past 2 days with no success.
As I write this review I am on hold for more the 45 minutes to speak with to a representative since nothing else that I've tried worked.
I've tried to returning online, sent a message and tried request a chat and nothing worked so far because no one got back to me yet.
