The product I received was in great shape and exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, it did not arrive on time for me to take on vacation. I paid extra for expedited shipping and placed the order with more than enough wiggle room. We've all come to expect shipping delays but the company did not even respond to multiple messages when the order was clearly delayed in processing at the warehouse. Not good customer service and I should be refunded for the expedited shipping.
