I wanted to cancel my order. I tried for three days to get ahold of someone multiple times a day and never got through. Additionally they said same day processing and my order wasn’t processed until 4 business days later that doesn’t include the two weekend days. The 5-7 business day shipping turned to 9. Price was ok glasses are ok but the shipping, processing, and customer service were a train wreck.
