I ordered a pair of Bottega Veneta sunglasses (non-Rx) and I'm super pleased with my order. The only reason I took one star off is that they were back-ordered from the supplier in Europe and I had to reach out to EZ Contacts to get the status update when it seemed to be taking a long time to ship. That being said, they responded to my email within 24 hours and told me it could be up to 6 weeks for the sunglasses to arrive, and they arrived in about half the time. The customer service agent was super lovely and the sunglasses are perfect.
