I was frustrated with this service. Firstly, I ordered a set frames, with a 3-5 day delivery. After 10 days, I rung the company. After waiting over an hour to speak to someone, I was told the frames were on order from the manufacturer. They apologized, said they would be ready to post in 3-5 days, and to wait then 3-5 more days for delivery. My frames were sent within this timeframe, but never arrived. I rung the company, and again waited over an hour to talk to a person. The first time I was told to wait for a few more days, and the second time I had to sign an affidavit, and they agreed to send a new set of frames. Yet again, I had to wait for them to be sent from the manufacturers. I asked for a quicker delivery, and a partial refund. I got $17 off my frames, which had taken nearly 3 months to arrive, and just $17 for the major inconvenience. My frames are great, but the long customer wait time, the lack of information that my frames would take longer than the estimated delivery, and the slow handling of my case are extremely disappointing.
