Ordered prescription sunglasses Feb 5, EZContacts claimed 5-7 days turn around. Nope, I gave them a few weeks to make and ship them. After a few weeks I emailed and got what appeared to be a scripted response claiming the glasses would be shipping within a few days. Again, I gave them the time they claimed and I didn’t receive any update. At this point it’s been a month since I ordered. It was time to call and find out what is happening. I spoke with a service representative and they told me the sunglasses were back ordered and they just received them and they’d be shipping soon. I once again gave them the time to do their thing and ship. After a few more days nothing. I called again and spoke with a service representative and was told the glasses had just been sent to shipping. I was “transferred” to shipping, well I wasn’t I was transferred to elevated service. Elevated service representative told me there was an issue making the glasses and were being fixed and in the process of getting the anti glare coating and being inspected and would be shipping in 3 days. I told the representative if there wasn’t any movement within 3 days I would cancel the order. Good news they shipped and I received them on Mach 15. The bad news is the anti glare was messed up and the glasses had imperfections in the lenses. I was able to send back and have them redone. 3 weeks later… I sent another message asking status and they responded that’s hey shipped. Good news, the glasses were correct this time after 2 months and a week. Unfortunately this company will run you in circles to buy time to make and ship the order. If you want prescription glasses from them you’ll need extreme patience to get what you ordered.
