EZContacts is fabulous for quick and accurate delivery of contact lenses. However, their returns process is a bit disorganized.
I accidentally ordered the wrong contacts for one eye and wanted to return/exchange the box. Their on-line return process fails to print a return label; their phone lines are too busy to take calls; their on-line chat never responds; and their on-line "contact us" via e-mail takes 72 hours (not 24 hours as promised) to get a response.
I did get a response 72 hours after e-mailing them: from three different representatives! Unfortunately, the one who said she attached the return label failed to do so. I had to contact EZContacts again, and another representative sent me a label. After that the return went smoothly and my credit card was credited.
I will definitely continue to use EZContacts, but I will be *very* careful not to order the wrong contacts!
