I ordered a year's supply of contacts. 2 boxes of one power and 2 of another. I use monovision contacts. All was good until they arrived. 3 boxes were correct but the other was incorrect. Unfortunately, I opened the incorrect box not knowing it was incorrect and now it looks like I'm stuck with them. I have tried to contact CS but the system says every time that "due to the high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call now. Please try again later". I've tried about 6 times. And their return policy is that the box must not be open and no contacts used. Lesson learned and I will buy from Costco from now on. David
