I have been most disappointed in my ability to communicate with this company in a timely manner. When you call, you are told to use chat or email. You can't "chat." Then when I send emails, initially, it would be more than a day before I received an answer. If they had been upfront and told me that they didn't have the frames I wanted in stock, I could have made a choice, as to whether to wait till they got the frames in, or to go someplace else. But I was never told that upfront. I did finally get both pairs of frames but it took about 10 days longer than I was expecting.
