I ordered sunglasses on May 23. I was immediately informed that they were on back order for 7-10 days. After patiently waiting for the duration, I tried to call and email after the 10 day delay. I was directed to their website for help. After several days, I got a response that the item would be shipped shortly. They were finally mailed via DHL on June 8. The package was transferred to USPS and I still have not received it as of today June 15.
