Overall, I was happy with EZ Contacts. My only complaint was that they didn't compare my prescription with my order. I ordered the wrong style from what my prescription showed. They did not notice the difference and shipped contacts different than the prescription. To their credit, I was able to easily return the incorrect contacts and re-order the correct version.
