Customer service was great and ordering was easy. I communicated with EZContacts immediately after making my purchase about how to file a claim with my insurance company. I was told they'd do (awesome) and was updated shortly after that while the whole amount wasn't covered I should get some back from my insurance. Instead I got a denial letter. Not sure what happened there but I was told by EZContacts I would get money back.
