The frames are exactly what I ordered but the customer service, no response with multiple attempts via email, phone and chat leaves a lot to be desired. Also, the fact that the frames came in a flimsy cardboard box.. not an Armani Exchange eyeglass or any hard eyeglass case was disappointing.
