I ordered my contacts on July 17th. I had to call 10 days later to ask why my order had not even been processed despite the fact that I had submitted all required documentation of my prescription at the time I placed my order. I was told the contacts were back ordered and would ship on or about August 1st. The contacts did ship the next day. I signed up online to receive text updates about my shipment to go to the post office as soon as it arrived. I never received a message to update me once the contacts left EZ Contacts. I had to go online and track the shipment on their website which showed it had been delivered. I have ordered from other online contact lens providers and had my order within 5 days. This order took almost three weeks and a phone call to figure out what was going on.
