I have been a customer for a couple of years. EZ Contacts normally provides good service. The only small issue I've encountered is shipping fees. A Google search is necessary to get a better price and their ad clearly states "Free Delivery". Turns out it's not free. When I asked about it I was informed "If you click on Free Delivery our policy states free delivery can not be combined with any promotional pricing". Fair? Not really unless it is your habit to click on every link when ordering. So, guess it's buyer beware!
