I like that they had the best prices for the glasses I ordered. However, the first pair had a defect in the lens, so I wanted to exchange them for the same pair. I printed the label, filled it out, marked it for exchange, then shipped them back…5 days later they say they are going to refund me in 5 days, even though the form clearly said it was for an exchange and not a return. I had to wait another 5 days for the refund, then had to place a separate order for a new pair which took 7 more days to arrive. This process took almost 3 weeks of not having the glasses and could have been scoured if the exchange was processed properly. Other than having to go through that process, I would order again from EZcontacts due to their good prices.
