I wasn’t able to get a hold of customer service. Any time I called customer service there would be an automated response that there are no available representatives due to Covid, that went on for several days. I finally dialed sales to get a live person on the phone. She had no idea what was going on and said she would connect me with customer service, I was happy to at least finally get a human. I waited on hold for 50 minutes and finally got someone. She sent me the receipt that I needed. A week later I received my contacts, the box was completely dented and destroyed, half of the contact boxes were damaged. I don’t even know how to go about contacting customer service again because no one is ever available. I tried contacting them through the online portal, Facebook messenger and email. They have the worst customer care and service ever. I don’t like to write poor reviews but I would definitely not recommend using this company.
