Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. I needed to call customer service twice and was on hold for an extremely long time or kept getting a recording saying all reps were busy with other callers. This was for over a week. Also was not informed that my glasses were on back order for weeks. It didn’t say so on the site nor did I receive any email communication after I placed the order. I could’ve ordered these glasses from anywhere so I will definitely find a retailer with much better service next time.
