Never again. Ordered lenses on 10.7.22, & got on the 30th. A 3+ week delay. They had a special Holiday. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere! They offered a 10% coupon, which barely covers tax or a delivery fee in the future. Let your customers know you’re going to be delayed by 3 weeks for a 1 week holiday & we’ll accommodate. Transparency. This business clearly needs help functioning. I’m done.
