Ordered frames on a Monday morning and per their policy shipping is done within 24 hours. If any issues they would notify the customer via email of any delays. I received no such notification. I called a week later to get status. I was told they didn’t have my frames in stock and were waiting on the supplier which I do not have an issue with. It would have been great if I didn’t have to call and be on hold for 30 minute. An email of the delay would have been great.
