I ordered through EXContacts because of the lower price. I ordered the glasses on Nov 10th and I just got notification that they have shipped. Not quite the 7-10 days that it said on the website. I did reach out to customer service via email once and someone was in contact with me but didn't give me an exact date when to expect the glasses. I emailed support today to cancel so we can get them locally and I received an email that they are being shipped. Please don't tell potential customers that it'll be 7-10 days if that isn't GUARANTEED! My daughter did NOT benefit from your delay. It was not worth saving $30 ordering online if I've had to wait 3 weeks to get them shipped out.
