EZ Contacts could do a better job of having a live body answer calls during business hours and notifying customers of order delays. I had ordered prescription sunglasses on October 10th and kept checking the status of my order online. After almost a month when I didn't receive my order I tried calling several times, only to get a recording that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and to leave a message. By November 11th I still had heard nothing and emailed again, only to receive an email response that they were having trouble obtaining the frames from the manufacturer and that it would be another 1 - 2 weeks. I stiil didn't receive any updates and on November 30 emailed asking how I could cancel my order. I also called and finally got a live person and was told the glasses were in production and should ship within a week. Still waiting to receive them.
