EZ Contacts has the worst hours of any company that I purchase from. Live Customer Service should be open until 11:00 pm Eastern Time and should be open on Saturday. I understand that you are providing a work-life balance to your employees, but you are running a business and need to provide better hours for your customers. The hours now are unacceptable to me, especially closing very early on Friday and not being open on Saturday. Please reconsider the hours you are open. Thanks for listening!
