I placed an order and was told it would be 10-12 days. Two days later I received in email saying the item was now out of stock and that they would be delayed 4-10 WEEKS. I wanted my new glasses for the start of the school semester and they would no longer be arriving in time. I wrote a customer service request asking if they could at least upgrade my shipping at no charge because of the delay. No response. I then wrote another request about using insurance retroactively, this was responded to immediately even though my submission the day before was still unanswered. I could not get anyone on the phone and when my request was finally responded to almost a week later, my order was fully canceled. I've just spent the last 3-4 hours getting bounced from one hold line to another before someone finally reinstated my original order. No upgrade on shipping or anything. Just a big F You and deal with it. The price is cheap but don't expect anything about the process to be easy. 4 out of the 5 people I spoke with were completely incompetent and could not help me answer a single question. One representative put me on hold for someone who could help me, only to be the same exact person who picked up that line 30 minutes later and proceeded to not help me at all and put me on hold again. Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life.
