when i was looking for a certain pair of sunglasses EZContacts offered an additional %10 off already discounted glasses for new customers. I never received the e mail with the promotion information ,and i tried multiple times even did a chat and was told to wait a bit, this is the reason for the 4 rating, other than that i’m pleased with the prices and products
