I purchased sunglasses on 1/14 and as of 1/23 they haven’t even been sent. I sent an email to customer support and today, 1/24, they were sent. Ten days to send an item???
No apology or response to my email. I believe they forgot to send my purchase and my email reminded them. Unprofessional.
