Happy with the product I found and the process, but I feel a little misled by your 10% off promo. I expected to be able to put it in for my initial purchase. However, there was not an option to do so. After my purchase though, there was an email, which stated I was eligible on a subsequent purchase. Not how I read it. Please apply it to my initial purchase if you are able. Thanks
