Found the website difficult to use, once I put a few things in my cart if I left it there and came back later it was gone. wanted to ask if the numbers that went with the eyeglass frames were sizes or model numbers, and how much difference it made if they were the same glass frame, but a different number. I tried to call to ask questions and never got someone in 40 minutes. Some of the reviews I read, sounded like it was difficult to get a hold of someone when their delivery was late but I am taking a chance and hoping my glasse frames get here in time for my appointment. On the good side, I had some frames from years ago that I loved and couldn’t find anything I liked as well, and was able to find them on here with a different name and at an amazing price. so I ordered several pair which still came to less than buying one pair I have been looking at.
