I need to explain why only 4 stars. I have used EZContacts before and would give a 5 star. I am not sure why, but I went online and hit chat. Asked them if they had my latest Rx from Dr. I waited and then was told they were checking. They disappeared I asked if they were there and said I sent it to you and we have it. Finally it popped up and it was from 2019. I asked what I can do and after waiting, they disappeared. The screen was lost. Waited a few days and received an email showing my was empty and this site was very easy and I ordered in 5 minutes, upload new Rx, etc. I will mot use the chat ever again. Not sure if real person or AI, but 5 stars for the old fashioned way online. Thank you.
