Lovely people to speak with on the phone. I ordered two pairs of frames. One arrived promptly. Good work. The other has been "missing" for 2+ weeks. I've called, spoken to the lovely people who have NO IDEA of when they MIGHT receive that other pair so they can send it on to me. But get this - they have charged my card for the missing frames. $200+ bucks of my money they've taken for 2 weeks+ not shipped the frames. Not cool! I called the lovely people again. They still had no idea so I cancelled the order. They were not quite so lovely when I asked for a refund. Also not cool.
