First-time customer. When I ordered, It said that my glasses would ship 5-7 days from order. 8 days later, I logged in to my account to see that it was changed to 7-10 days. After hearing nothing for 11 business days, I contacted them via email and to their credit, got back to me the same day and told me it would be an additional 3-7 days before shipment, no reason given. I'm at 14 business days from placing my order and still haven't heard anything. I've ordered glasses from other online retailers and always received my order within 10 business days or sooner. Won't order again.
