Here was my experience on my purchase in May 2023:
Customer Service: Just great, in terms of people answering the phone (relatively) quickly, answering email messages quickly, and having the answers.
Product Selection: Just great, for the Bausch & Lomb lenses I was shopping for, at least. Your experience may differ.
Shipping: A bit on the slow side. I was surprised how long it took for a couple of small boxes of lightweight contacts to make their way from New Jersey to Boston - over a week. So order your lenses before you need them and avoid this worry!
Pricing: Best of the 12 online vendors I surveyed, but not by a wide margin.
Reimbursement issue: the only real fly in the ointment. EZContacts refuses to get an assigned NPI number from the government, which made the reimbursement from my insurance company a problem. Most of EZContacts' competitors have an NPI number. I don't know why EZContacts is an adamant "no" on this point. Lack of reimbursement raised the effective cost of the lenses to me as a consumer.
